All of our arcade cabinets and graphic kits are made to order. Cabinet orders require a $500 deposit to cover supplies, design, and fabrication time. This deposit is non-refundable once the design process has begun. All cabinet orders will come with a computer loaded with games. We are only charging you for the computer . not the micro SD card with the emulated games loaded on it. We use free emulated game images that are available to anybody online or preloaded computers made by other vendors in our units. We are not responsible for the appearance, gameplay, or settings and adjustments of the games. For our graphic kits only, we offer free shipping within the United States, and we also ship to Canada for an additional $55 international shipping fee, which will be charged separately. If you’ve purchased a custom design, you can expect to receive your first design proof within 48 hours of payment. Each custom graphic kit design includes up to 4 hours of design time, including revisions; additional time can be purchased at a rate of $45 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. While we welcome your suggestions and ideas during the design process, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be incorporated. Custom-designed graphic kits are made to order and cannot be canceled or refunded once the design process has begun. Gameroom Grafix is not responsible for any installation errors made by the end user. For custom-sized arcade cabinets not found in our inventory, it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements.
